- Oversee daily library operations including circulation, resource management, and facility maintenance
- Lead and mentor library staff through scheduling, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for resource acquisition and cataloging systems
- Deliver exceptional user services including research assistance, digital literacy programs, and community outreach
- Manage library technology infrastructure including databases, digital archives, and online platforms
- Coordinate special events, exhibitions, and educational programs to enhance community engagement
- Ensure compliance with library policies, copyright regulations, and service quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive library experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in integrated library systems (ILS) and digital resource management
- Strong leadership abilities with proven staff development and team management experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse user groups
- Knowledge of cataloging standards (AACR2, RDA) and metadata management
- Experience with library programming, event coordination, and community outreach
