Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily library operations, ensuring efficient circulation, reference, and information services.
- Provide expert research assistance and information literacy training to faculty and students.
- Manage the acquisition, cataloging, and maintenance of both physical and digital library collections.
- Develop and implement library workflows to improve user experience and resource accessibility.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align library resources with specific curriculum needs.
- Mentor and supervise junior library staff and student assistants to maintain high service standards.
- Participate in library-wide projects, including system migrations, space planning, and outreach initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in an academic or specialized library setting.
- Strong proficiency in library management systems (LMS) and digital resource platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex queries and manage multi-disciplinary information resources.
- Proven capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-tech academic environment.
