- Manage and develop library collections including acquisition, cataloging, and deselection of academic resources
- Provide specialized reference services and research support to faculty and students
- Oversee digital resource management, including e-journals, databases, and open-access repositories
- Develop and implement information literacy programs and workshops
- Supervise library staff and coordinate daily operations of public services
- Collaborate with faculty to embed library resources in curriculum design
- Analyze usage data to optimize collection development and service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Library Science, Information Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive library experience in academic settings
- Proficiency in integrated library systems (ILS) and metadata standards
- Strong knowledge of digital preservation techniques and copyright compliance
- Excellent communication and instructional skills for diverse audiences
- Experience managing library budgets and vendor relationships
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and implement process improvements
