Our client, a well-established leader in the brand licensing and consumer products sector, is seeking a commercially astute Senior Licensing & Sales Executive to join their Selangor team on a 4-month maternity cover contract. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales professional to manage iconic brands and drive significant business growth within a high-performing environment.
As a key driver of business development, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing licensees and retailers while identifying new strategic partnerships. You will play a critical role in executing brand strategies, negotiating licensing agreements, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of sales and administrative functions. Your ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on account management will be key to your success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow relationships with existing licensees and distributors to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities for brand licensing, collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, brand presentations, and licensing agreements to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with brand principals and internal marketing teams to ensure alignment on brand strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Oversee daily administrative functions including sales orders, invoicing, inventory tracking, and sales reporting.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for brand expansion.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports and forecasts to management.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, product launches, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Brand Management, or Licensing roles.
- Demonstrated track record in key account management and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the consumer goods, retail, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is a strong advantage.
