Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize enterprise Linux infrastructure in high-availability data center environments
- Implement system monitoring, automation, and backup solutions using tools like Ansible and Puppet
- Perform security hardening, vulnerability assessments, and compliance audits
- Design and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Provide 24/7 on-call support and incident response for critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Document system configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent professional certification (RHCE/CompTIA Server+)
- 5+ years of Linux system administration in enterprise environments
- Expert proficiency in RHEL/CentOS with deep kernel-level knowledge
- Strong scripting skills (Bash/Python) for automation and task management
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaaS/PaaS solutions
- Proven track record in high-availability architecture design
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues under pressure
