Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the livestock sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including veterinarians, livestock farmers, and distributors
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients and partners
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure market alignment of veterinary pharmaceutical products
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the veterinary or livestock industry
- Strong understanding of the livestock market in Indonesia
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
