Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of Australian mortgage loan applications from origination to closing.
- Verify and analyze borrower documentation, including income statements, asset verification, and credit reports.
- Ensure all loan files comply with strict regulatory and internal underwriting guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and lenders to resolve discrepancies and expedite approvals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the loan origination system (LOS).
- Collaborate with the underwriting and closing teams to facilitate timely loan disbursements.
- Identify potential risks in loan applications and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mortgage processing, with specific experience in the Australian market.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian lending regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in complex financial documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
