UIS Technologies, a leading company in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Logistic Executive to join our dynamic team in Simpang Ampat, Penang.
In this role, you will oversee the entire logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes. You will be responsible for optimizing costs, managing inventory levels, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics staff, fostering a culture of productivity and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics activities and KPIs for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferred: Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
