Tanggung Jawab
- Administer end-to-end inland shipping transactions including receiving, documentation, and customs clearance
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Optimize transportation routes and modes to reduce costs while maintaining service levels
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse operations to prevent stockouts
- Implement and maintain logistics performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Resolve transportation disruptions through proactive problem-solving and contingency planning
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies across all logistics activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics coordination within manufacturing or industrial sector
- Proficiency in logistics management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations and import/export procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and operational data
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CLTD) or Logistics preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong written/verbal communication
