You'll be responsible for streamlining end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, carriers, and clients while maintaining strict compliance with international shipping regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to minimize costs and delivery times
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and trade compliance
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs declarations, and shipping manifests
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Supervise junior logistics staff and coordinate cross-functional team activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/shipping operations with MNC exposure
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and trade regulations
- Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Certified in Supply Chain Management (CSCP or CLTD) preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication skills
