Join our dynamic team as a Senior M&E Coordinator in Batu Kawan, Penang, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to lead mechanical and electrical operations, driving efficiency and excellence on-site. You will oversee daily project workflows, manage cross-functional teams, and optimize resource allocation to meet critical deadlines while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project specifications. You'll conduct regular site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day M&E operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Manage personnel allocation, including assigning tasks to technicians and subcontractors
- Monitor resource utilization, including materials, equipment, and labor efficiency
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with building codes
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues
- Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and quality control documentation
- Conduct site inspections to verify M&E installations meet design specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of M&E coordination experience in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation
- Proven experience with project management tools (AutoCAD, BIM, Primavera)
- Certification in project management (PMP) or M&E specialization preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
