China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior M&E Engineer to join our prestigious team for a landmark NEA project located in Tuas. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all M&E engineering aspects of the NEA project from planning through to commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and design alignment.
- Monitor site progress and ensure all works are performed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and local building codes.
- Lead technical meetings and resolve site-specific engineering conflicts or design discrepancies in real-time.
- Ensure stringent adherence to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) regulations on-site.
- Manage M&E budget, resource allocation, and material procurement schedules.
- Supervise the preparation of technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in M&E coordination, preferably within major industrial or infrastructure projects in Singapore.
- Strong working knowledge of NEA regulations, Singapore standards, and construction site practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage vendor relations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), and standard project management software.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a demanding, large-scale construction environment.
- Valid professional certifications (e.g., PE or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
