We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior M&E Engineer to join our team in Pekan, Pahang.
Role Overview: As a Senior M&E Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all mechanical and electrical engineering activities across various projects. This includes design oversight, coordination with consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with specifications, and leading a team of engineers. This contract position offers a competitive salary of RM 5,000 per month and exposure to complex engineering challenges.
Key Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of MEP systems. You should be proficient in engineering software like AutoCAD and Revit MEP, possess excellent project management skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is preferred.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, review, and oversee mechanical and electrical systems for construction projects in Pekan, Pahang.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure M&E integration and compliance.
- Prepare technical submittals, specifications, and reports for M&E works.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues.
- Manage project budgets related to M&E components and ensure cost control.
- Supervise junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
- Professional registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, Malaysian building codes, and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Pekan, Pahang.
