Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and commission HVAC systems for commercial buildings
- Lead M&E engineering projects ensuring compliance with Singapore building regulations
- Conduct energy audits and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients on technical specifications
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and project documentation
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and M&E engineering
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Control Act and green mark standards
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools)
- Experience with commercial building HVAC system design and retrofitting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
