Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate ML solutions into existing and new products
- Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments
- Conduct thorough data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training
- Stay current with the latest ML research and technologies, implementing best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team
- Document ML processes, model architectures, and implementation details
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our ML infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD
