Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and program CNC milling/turning centers for complex component production
- Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Interpret technical drawings and GD&T specifications for accurate machining
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance production efficiency
- Train junior operators on machine protocols and safety procedures
- Document production data and maintain quality control records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years' experience in CNC machining operations
- Certification in CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam)
- Strong understanding of machining materials (aluminum, steel, alloys)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Ability to read complex technical drawings and schematics
- Problem-solving skills for machine diagnostics and adjustments
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
