Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for industrial machinery and systems
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for mechanical/electrical failures
- Coordinate maintenance teams during planned shutdowns and emergency repairs
- Implement predictive maintenance technologies and condition monitoring programs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ISO standards
- Optimize spare parts inventory and maintenance cost control
- Train junior technicians on maintenance best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in chemical/manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, HVAC, and rotating equipment
- Certification in CMRP or similar maintenance qualification preferred
- Experience with CMMS software (SAP, Maximo, etc.)
- Proven leadership skills managing technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
