This is a high-impact role where you will shape the efficiency, safety, and productivity of our manufacturing operations.
As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of our maintenance department. You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technicians. Your strategic vision will guide the development and execution of comprehensive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement robust solutions that eliminate recurring failures.
Your responsibilities will encompass managing the site's CMMS to track performance metrics like Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR). You will own the maintenance budget, manage spare parts inventory effectively, and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and availability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety and quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage the site's CMMS, tracking maintenance KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Plan and oversee major shutdowns, turnarounds, and capital improvement projects.
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize spare parts inventory control and vendor management.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulatory HSE standards and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a process manufacturing environment. Experience in the palm oil or oleochemical sector is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in reliability engineering, TPM, and Lean methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SCADA, DCS, and PLC-based control systems.
- Certification in project management (PMP) or maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
