We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join Parktech Solutions Sdn. Bhd.. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall site maintenance strategy, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency. You will lead troubleshooting efforts for complex machinery, conduct thorough technical inspections, and provide essential support to operational teams.
As a key member of our engineering department, you will ensure that all equipment adheres to strict safety standards and regulatory requirements. You will also manage inventory for critical spare parts and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety-first maintenance practices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failure rates.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in industrial machinery.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee site repairs and coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and technical documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Maintenance Engineer role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety standards, OSHA regulations, and ISO quality management systems.
- Valid Class D driver’s license is an added advantage.
