We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer (WDA) to join our dynamic team at MSD, a global leader in biopharmaceuticals. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will lead maintenance strategies, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure full compliance with HSE standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure plant availability and reliability.
- Lead Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules and oversee corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage capital project execution, including equipment upgrades and facility modifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement effective preventive measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulations and company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Train and mentor junior engineering staff to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Valid WDA (Workplace Development Award) certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong working knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
- Proven track record in leading maintenance teams and managing technical projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
