Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all maintenance operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Manage a team of technicians through training, performance reviews, and task delegation
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and club policies
- Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation for cost efficiency
- Investigate and resolve facility issues with root-cause analysis approach
- Prepare maintenance reports and present improvement plans to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management within hospitality or large-scale facilities
- Proven track record in team leadership and vendor management
- Strong knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Certification in facility maintenance (e.g., CFM, CPM) is advantageous
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and CMMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Strong communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
