Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities
- Manage and optimize spare parts inventory to ensure availability while minimizing costs
- Coordinate logistics for maintenance activities, including procurement and delivery of parts
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless maintenance operations
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation for management review
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Continuously improve maintenance processes and systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning or logistics
- Strong knowledge of spare parts management systems and inventory control
- Experience with maintenance management software (e.g., SAP, Maximo)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
