Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on all kitchen equipment to ensure continuous operational uptime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues affecting hot and cold kitchen machinery.
- Execute precise repairs on electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems within the facility.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely maintenance cycles.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to provide technical training and proper equipment handling protocols.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and technical findings in the equipment logs.
- Ensure that all maintenance practices adhere to safety and hygiene standards established by the company.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, specifically within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Deep understanding of both hot line kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, fryers) and cold storage units (chillers, freezers).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical failures efficiently.
- Technical or Vocational Degree (SMK/D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight repair deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
- Valid certification in relevant technical fields is highly preferred.
