Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily maintenance operations for electromechanical systems and equipment
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and longevity
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance
- Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations
- Manage maintenance inventory, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently
- Develop and optimize maintenance procedures using CMMS tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams for equipment upgrades and system improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls
- Certified maintenance professional (CMRP/Certified Maintenance Manager preferred)
- Proven experience managing maintenance teams and work schedules
- Expert troubleshooting skills for electromechanical systems
- Proficient in using maintenance management software (CMMS) and diagnostic tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
