Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OHS standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance
- Train junior technicians on maintenance procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance roles
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulic principles
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Experience with predictive maintenance tools and techniques
- Certification in electrical safety or industrial maintenance preferred
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
