Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Coordinate emergency repairs and maintenance during mall operating hours
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee specialized maintenance contracts
- Implement and maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Train junior technicians on maintenance protocols and best practices
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate work order records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of commercial building maintenance experience
- Strong hands-on skills in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Certification in relevant trades (e.g., HVAC Technician, Electrician) preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
