Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of critical business applications to support organizational objectives
- Establish and enforce robust application governance frameworks, policies, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Oversee the entire application lifecycle, including vendor management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage technology for business growth
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance standards
- Mentor and develop the applications team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Regularly assess application portfolio effectiveness and recommend strategic improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT application management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of implementing and managing complex business applications in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of application governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of various application technologies and architectures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
