Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end digital health transformation projects including EHR modernization, telemedicine platforms, and AI-driven clinical decision support systems
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for digital adoption across clinical and administrative departments
- Oversee cross-functional teams of IT professionals, clinicians, and data scientists to ensure project alignment and delivery
- Identify and implement emerging healthcare technologies while maintaining compliance with HSA regulations and data security standards
- Drive digital innovation through vendor management, technology evaluation, and solution architecture design
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure transformation impact and ROI
- Mentor staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement in digital health practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale digital health transformation projects
- Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical terminologies, and regulatory frameworks (HSA, MOH)
- Expertise in agile methodologies, project management (PMP/Prince2 certification advantageous)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence clinical and non-clinical leadership
- Experience with healthcare data analytics, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), and cybersecurity protocols
