- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with leading healthcare organizations, technology companies, and research institutions
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for biomedical data platforms and digital health solutions
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception to launch and continuous improvement
- Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts
- Identify market opportunities and translate biomedical research needs into innovative product solutions
- Establish key performance indicators and measure success of products and partnerships
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and stakeholder meetings
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in biomedical science, data science, computer science, business administration, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, partnerships, or related roles in biomedical or healthcare technology
- Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships in the biomedical or healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of biomedical data ecosystems, digital health technologies, and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
