Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for operational excellence and transformational change? Pacific International Lines (PIL) is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Business Process to join our Business Process Excellence team within the GCAM division. In this pivotal role, you will act as a Business Process Owner (BPO), driving the standardization, optimization, and digital transformation of our core business operations.
As we navigate the complexities of global logistics and maritime transport, your expertise will be instrumental in identifying inefficiencies, bridging departmental silos, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance organizational agility. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the global network to ensure that our processes not only support our strategic objectives but also set the standard for operational efficiency in the shipping industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Drive end-to-end business process re-engineering projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Act as the primary Business Process Owner (BPO) for key functional areas, ensuring governance and adherence to global standards.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify performance bottlenecks and propose data-driven process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows.
- Manage the successful implementation of new business systems and digital transformation initiatives across the division.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, process maps, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track process health and report performance metrics to the senior leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business process improvement, management consulting, or operational excellence.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale organizational change and digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and ERP systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of global logistics or shipping industry operations is highly preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is strongly advantageous.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with diverse global teams.
