Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development of capital strategy frameworks for the Banking and Financial Services division.
- Oversee credit risk analytics and modeling to support strategic decision-making and product profitability.
- Manage and optimize capital allocation across diverse financial product portfolios.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with Macquarie’s corporate strategy.
- Conduct rigorous stress testing and scenario analysis to mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international regulatory compliance and reporting standards.
- Drive the implementation of advanced data analytics tools to enhance capital efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Capital Strategy, Risk Management, or Banking Operations.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analytics tools (SQL, Python, or R).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian banking regulations (OJK) and global financial standards.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering strategic insights that directly impact business growth.
