Recruit Express is seeking a dynamic Senior / Manager for our Contracts Management team within the Facility Management Department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring that our facility operations are supported by robust, compliant, and cost-effective agreements.
We are looking for an individual who can navigate complex negotiations, mitigate risks effectively, and foster strong relationships with key vendors. If you have prior experience in vetting contracts within large organizations and possess the leadership skills to drive process improvements, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex Facility Management contracts, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Master Service Agreements.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments on contractual terms to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Manage the vendor onboarding process and maintain an up-to-date register of all active contracts.
- Collaborate with operational teams to resolve contractual disputes and ensure service delivery meets agreed-upon KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements through strategic contract renegotiation.
- Monitor contract compliance and performance metrics to ensure vendors meet their obligations.
- Provide legal and commercial advice to internal stakeholders regarding contract execution and termination.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, or Facility Management sectors.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement cycles, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical and legal documents.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
