Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of cybersecurity specialists dedicated to operational excellence.
- Design, implement, and oversee robust Vulnerability Management programs to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
- Drive Endpoint Security Management strategies, ensuring all assets are compliant with organizational security policies.
- Collaborate with internal IT and business stakeholders to define security requirements for new and existing projects.
- Provide strategic oversight on threat intelligence, risk assessments, and incident response orchestration.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of security controls, KPIs, and compliance metrics to senior management.
- Stay ahead of emerging cyber threats and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement of security frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Deep technical expertise in Vulnerability Management lifecycles and modern Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP/EDR).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale cybersecurity operations in a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex security risks into business language.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, or local MAS/IMDA guidelines.
