Singapore Post is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Operations to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and socializing cybersecurity control standards and guidelines across the organization. You will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the security and resilience of our postal and logistics operations, e-commerce platforms, and digital services.
As the Senior Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the cybersecurity function, including threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into business processes and technology projects. Your strategic vision will help shape the future of cybersecurity at Singapore Post, protecting our assets and customer data in an increasingly digital world.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity control standards, policies, and guidelines to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Oversee security operations including threat intelligence, incident detection and response, and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate security requirements into projects, systems, and processes.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify gaps and recommend remediation plans.
- Manage security incidents from detection through resolution, ensuring timely communication and lessons learned.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies, and evolve the cybersecurity strategy accordingly.
- Report on cybersecurity metrics and risk posture to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Proven experience in security operations, incident response, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in the postal, logistics, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in Singapore, such as PDPA and MAS guidelines.
- Ability to think strategically and execute operationally in a fast-paced environment.
