Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for the Energy Division to achieve long-term growth and profitability targets.
- Manage the division's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to senior executive leadership.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the energy sector, including traditional and renewable energy logistics.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, shipowners, and energy stakeholders to ensure high service standards and business continuity.
- Oversee contract negotiations and manage complex commercial agreements related to energy transport and maritime services.
- Monitor global energy market trends and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights and mitigate operational risks.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize vessel scheduling and operational efficiency for energy-related cargo.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the maritime or energy industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management capacity.
- Proven expertise in sales, business development, and commercial operations within the ship-owning or ship-management sector.
- Strong understanding of global energy markets, bunker fuels, and maritime shipping regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling and strategic data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
