Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies aligned with NHG's mission and global sustainability frameworks
- Lead environmental initiatives including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable procurement across healthcare facilities
- Oversee ESG reporting, data collection, and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to embed sustainability practices into daily healthcare operations
- Manage stakeholder engagement including internal staff, government agencies, and sustainability partners
- Monitor KPIs and prepare executive-level sustainability performance reports
- Drive innovation in sustainable healthcare technologies and resource management solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive ESG/sustainability management experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
- Proven track record developing and implementing environmental sustainability programs
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and sustainability reporting standards
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive presentations
- Singapore citizenship or valid work permit required
