Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end external audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, ISA, and local Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Review audit work papers, financial statements, and reports to ensure technical accuracy and quality control.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on complex accounting and reporting issues.
- Mentor, coach, and supervise junior and senior audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Drive business development initiatives and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with firm partners to improve audit methodologies and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in external audit within a reputable public accounting firm (Big 4 or local top-tier preferred).
- Professional certification (CPA Indonesia, CA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and international audit standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale engagements under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Advanced analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
