- Oversee end-to-end facilities operations including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
- Develop and implement strategic facility management plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage engineering teams, including recruitment, training, and performance optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes
- Coordinate vendor relationships and contract management for facility services
- Lead emergency preparedness programs and crisis response protocols

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of facilities management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in retail or commercial facility management
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Advanced proficiency in CMMS systems and facility management software
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience in crisis management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar facility budgets
