Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end maintenance operations for facility infrastructure and production machinery.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime.
- Oversee facility security protocols and ensure all systems remain compliant with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma) to optimize maintenance processes and reduce operational costs.
- Manage relationships with external contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Monitor and manage the department budget, including capital expenditure planning for machinery upgrades.
- Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to provide insights for senior leadership on facility health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in maintenance management within an industrial or aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale facility maintenance and complex production equipment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, workplace safety, and building management systems (BMS).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data-driven maintenance strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
