We are currently seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Manager, Finance to join our dynamic team in the Jakarta Pusat office. This is a new and exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within our Finance Department, driving financial excellence, strategic planning, and operational efficiency across our Indonesian operations.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including developing and implementing financial strategies that align with global objectives. You will provide strategic direction, ensure robust internal financial controls, manage working capital, optimize cash flow, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Reporting directly to the Country CFO, you will collaborate closely with regional and global finance teams and operational stakeholders. Your core focus will be on delivering insightful financial analysis, comprehensive budgeting, accurate forecasting, and timely management reporting. Your expertise will be critical in supporting key business decisions, identifying growth opportunities, mitigating financial risks, and ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and global corporate standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the Indonesian entities, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Drive strategic financial analysis to support business decisions, investment appraisals, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, and treasury operations to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
- Establish and maintain a robust internal control environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submission of all financial and tax reports.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives, providing financial insights to drive operational excellence and profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) and a professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role within a multinational corporation.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax laws, and Indonesian statutory regulations.
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
- Experience in the logistics, shipping, ports, or infrastructure industry is a distinct advantage.
