Join Oryx Advanced Materials Sdn Bhd as a Senior Manager of Front End Production and lead our manufacturing excellence in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of front-end operations, driving departmental alignment with our mission to deliver innovative materials solutions. You'll spearhead process optimization, ensure quality compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a department head, you'll bridge technical operations with business objectives, implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining production standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all front-end production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop departmental teams to achieve performance targets
- Implement process improvements and cost-reduction strategies in manufacturing workflows
- Coordinate with R&D and supply chain teams for seamless production integration
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in manufacturing operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in front-end production management within materials industry
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization methodologies
- Expertise in quality control systems (ISO, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
