Key Focus Areas
Governance & Compliance: You will design, implement, and maintain robust governance frameworks that ensure regulatory compliance and operational integrity. Your meticulous approach will mitigate risks and uphold the highest standards of corporate governance, acting as a trusted partner to the business.
Operations Management: Take charge of streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will lead initiatives to optimize processes, manage resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement across the board, ensuring the organization runs like a well-oiled machine.
Procurement & Project Leadership: Act as the central coordinator for major project workstreams, liaising closely with procurement and key stakeholders. Your ability to align project goals with organizational strategy will be critical in delivering successful outcomes on time and within budget, while maximizing vendor value.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external partners. You will be the trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insightful recommendations and strategic direction on governance and operational matters, effectively bridging gaps between departments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate governance-related project workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
- Develop and implement robust governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to drive compliance and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify operational improvements and drive transformative change.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the organization remains compliant with all relevant laws and standards.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to the executive leadership team on governance and operational metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, PMP) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations, governance, risk management, or a related discipline, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams in a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of procurement processes, contract law, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to upholding corporate governance best practices.
- Experience with enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks and internal controls is a strong advantage.
