Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily ICT operations including infrastructure, systems support, and service delivery across medical facilities
- Lead strategic ICT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with healthcare compliance standards
- Develop and maintain robust ICT policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements for critical healthcare systems
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance clinical workflows and patient care delivery
- Lead and mentor cross-functional ICT teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
- Ensure all systems comply with medical data privacy regulations (HIPAA, PDPA, etc.)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of ICT management experience with 3+ years in healthcare/medical sector
- Proven expertise in healthcare IT infrastructure, EMR systems, and medical device integration
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or healthcare-specific ICT compliance frameworks
- Strong background in project management, budget oversight, and vendor negotiation
- Deep understanding of medical industry regulations and data security protocols
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing technical teams in regulated environments
