Privasia Sdn Bhd is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Infrastructure to join our expanding team in Port Klang. As a key leader within our ICT division, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, implementation, and operational excellence of our mission-critical IT infrastructure. This role is pivotal in ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of our systems as we continue to support our diverse client portfolio.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep technical expertise in data center management, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and enterprise networking. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver robust infrastructure solutions while maintaining strict compliance with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the infrastructure team to ensure 24/7 system availability and high performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive infrastructure strategies, including cloud migration, virtualization, and disaster recovery planning.
- Oversee budget management, vendor relations, and procurement of hardware/software assets.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect enterprise data and assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT infrastructure roadmap with broader business objectives.
- Monitor system performance metrics and drive initiatives for continuous process improvement and automation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry best practices for IT service management (ITSM).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing enterprise-grade server environments, networking (LAN/WAN), and storage systems.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and hybrid cloud environments.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or cloud-specific certifications (AWS Solutions Architect/Azure Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure maritime/logistics tech environment.
