Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive IT quality assurance frameworks aligned with industry best practices
- Lead enterprise-wide IT risk assessments and mitigation strategies for critical infrastructure
- Oversee implementation of compliance programs (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and audit processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for IT service delivery and operational resilience
- Manage and mentor a team of IT quality/risk professionals through performance development
- Collaborate with CIO and department heads to integrate risk management into IT roadmaps
- Present risk metrics and quality dashboards to executive stakeholders for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in IT quality/risk management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Professional certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or ITIL Expert mandatory
- Proven experience implementing IT governance frameworks in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in risk assessment methodologies and compliance regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical risks into business impact
