You will be a key driver of our Future Health System (FHS) initiatives, playing a crucial role in architecting the digital patient journey and enhancing clinical outcomes across our network. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals and the Future Health System roadmap.
- Design and optimize digital patient journeys to enhance the overall user experience and improve clinical workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, IT specialists, and external vendors, to integrate advanced health IT solutions seamlessly.
- Oversee the deployment of innovative technologies, such as telemedicine platforms, mobile health applications, and electronic health records enhancements.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify process improvements and drive continuous innovation within the health system.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Ensure all digital initiatives comply with local healthcare regulations and data privacy standards (PDPA).
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree in a healthcare or technology discipline is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Digital Health, Healthcare IT, System Implementation, or Project Management.
- Proven track record of leading project teams and delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and the ability to translate clinical requirements into effective digital solutions.
- Experience with Health Level 7 (HL7) and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in change management within a complex healthcare environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to evolving technologies.
