Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive educational program strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and manage a team of education professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices
- Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, community partners, and government bodies
- Manage program budgets and resources efficiently to maximize impact
- Stay current with educational trends and innovations to ensure program relevance
- Report on program outcomes and prepare comprehensive documentation for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in education program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful educational programs
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
- Experience working with diverse communities and understanding of cultural competency
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
