We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Manager / Manager to join the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). In this pivotal role, you will lead the HPC Resource Management efforts for the National Supercomputing Centre (NSCC). You will be responsible for the strategic planning and operational delivery of critical high-performance computing resources, ensuring that Singapore's research community has access to world-class infrastructure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning and operational management of HPC resources, ensuring alignment with national research goals.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of compute, storage, and network infrastructure within the NSCC environment.
- Collaborate closely with research scientists and project managers to identify technical requirements and optimize workflows.
- Develop and enforce policies for resource allocation, queue management, and prioritization to ensure fair access.
- Ensure high availability, security, and disaster recovery of critical computing systems.
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and provide regular performance reporting to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., BEng, BSc, MSc) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT resource management, systems administration, or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
- Strong leadership experience, including managing teams, mentoring staff, and driving cross-functional projects.
- Deep understanding of HPC concepts, virtualization, cloud computing, and cluster management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
