We are seeking a dedicated Senior Manager or Manager to lead our Human Potential Programme Office. Your mission will be to support national human potential by meticulously managing research grants and steering committees. You will play a critical role in fostering innovation and ensuring that our research initiatives align with strategic national goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of research grant management and administration.
- Chair and facilitate steering committee meetings to ensure project alignment and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to define program objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks to enhance the Human Potential Programme's impact.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and government bodies.
- Identify process improvements to streamline grant allocation and committee operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in programme management, grants administration, or project coordination within the R&D sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and government regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software.
