Join Micron Semiconductors as a Senior Manager leading global Test, Inspection, and Quality (TIQ) and materials cost engineering for our advanced manufacturing network. - Lead global TIQ and materials cost engineering initiatives across Micron's semiconductor manufacturing network
- Develop and implement strategic cost reduction plans for raw materials and production components
- Analyze supply chain data to identify optimization opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and contracts
- Establish quality control standards and monitor compliance across manufacturing processes
- Mentor and develop engineering teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Report cost performance metrics and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or Supply Chain Management; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with 5+ years in cost engineering leadership
- Expertise in TIQ processes, material cost analysis, and supply chain optimization
- Proven track record of implementing cost reduction initiatives in high-volume manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost modeling and data visualization tools
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and global supplier relationships
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry standards (IPC, JEDEC) and quality frameworks
